FAQ

YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED

When will my service visit be scheduled?

We will work to schedule your service visit as soon as possible. Wait times generally range from next day service to three days, depending on the season. The demand for fitness equipment service is highly seasonal and wait times may vary during the winter months.

What can I Expect?

A trained service technician will arrive at your home or business on the scheduled date. The technician will inspect the equipment to assess any noted problems, as well as undetected problems such as misaligned belts, sensors and limits, improperly tensioned belts and parts which may be wearing improperly or prematurely. The technician will also perform a complete tune-up on your equipment to maintain it in top condition.
If additional parts or labor are required to complete the repair of your fitness equipment, the technician will provide you with a price quote before proceeding.
While we make every attempt to stock all common wear parts, it is not always possible to have all items on the vehicle at the time of service. If parts are required to repair your fitness equipment and they are not in stock, the technician will order the parts from the manufacturer. When the parts arrive, we will contact you to schedule the completion of your repair and get your fitness equipment back up and running.

How long does the repair take?

Repair times vary, depending on the fitness equipment type and nature of the service to be performed. On average, repairs require 45 to 90 minutes. If additional parts or labor are required to complete the repair of your fitness equipment, an additional service visit may be required.

Will my equipment be repaired on the first service visit?

Unfortunately, this cannot be determined until a technician has inspected the equipment and had an opportunity to assess the problem. If additional parts or labor are required to complete the repair of your fitness equipment, an additional service visit may be required.

How much does the typical repair cost?

The cost of a repair cannot be determined until parts price for your unit has been established and a technician has inspected the equipment and had an opportunity to assess the problem.

  • Labor – Return visit (Parts installation) mostly the same price as initial visit.

  • Parts – If your equipment is no longer under parts warranty and parts are required to complete your repair, your service technician will need to contact the manufacturer for current pricing.

If there will be any additional charge beyond the first service visit, your service technician will always provide you with a complete repair quote: including all taxes, shipping, parts and labor before completing
